Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Who we are

This service ("bnbff", "we", "us") is operated by bnbff. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the service does

bnbff converts spreadsheet-style PDF files (tables with drawn gridlines) into editable Excel (.xlsx) workbooks, including embedded image thumbnails. We provide a free 5-row sample of your file so you can verify the result before paying. The full conversion is a one-time purchase of US$3.00 per file.

3. Acceptable use

You may upload only files you have the right to process. You must not upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may refuse or remove any file at our discretion. Uploads are capped at 300 MB.

4. Your files and retention

Uploaded PDFs and generated Excel files are stored only long enough to process your request and are automatically deleted within one hour. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. At checkout your card is authorized (a temporary hold) but not charged; we capture the payment only once your file has been produced. Prices are shown before checkout. Prices are in US dollars and are the total amount payable; we do not currently add Canadian sales tax (GST/HST). If tax becomes applicable, it will be shown before checkout.

6. Refunds

If a conversion fails to produce your file you are not charged — the authorization hold is released automatically and no money is taken. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every PDF can be converted or that output is error-free — which is why we show a free sample first. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the file giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any dispute arising out of or relating to the service.
