Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy

Every file gets a free 5-row sample before payment, so you can confirm the conversion is correct before spending anything. We recommend checking the sample first — it shows the exact formatting and thumbnails the full file will contain.

2. You are only charged once your file is ready

At checkout your card is authorized (a temporary hold), not charged. We capture the payment only after your Excel file has been produced. If we fail to produce it, the hold is released automatically — no money is ever taken, so there is nothing to refund. The temporary authorization drops off your account on its own; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. Discretionary refunds

Because you can verify the result with the free sample before paying, purchases are generally final once the full file is delivered. If something still went wrong, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Because each file is a custom digital good delivered immediately, and you can inspect a free sample before paying, statutory cooling-off rights generally do not apply once the full file has been delivered. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

4. How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
